By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This policy applies to all products and services offered by Fennec Learning Private Limited, including but not limited to:

  • Online courses and certification programs
  • Digital learning content (videos, PDFs, recordings, tools)
  • Live classes, workshops, webinars, and training sessions
  • Subscription-based learning plans
  • Any other paid educational or digital services offered through our website or platforms

2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 User-Initiated Cancellation

  • Users may request cancellation within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
    • The course or service has not been accessed, started, downloaded, or attended.
    • No certificates, credentials, or learning benefits have been issued.
  • Once a course, program, or digital content is accessed (even partially), cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2.2 Subscription Cancellation

  • Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing cycles only.
  • No refunds will be issued for the current or already-started billing period.

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted within the eligible cancellation period.
  • The service or content has not been accessed or consumed.
  • The payment is successfully received by Fennec Learning Private Limited.

3.2 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Payment gateway charges, taxes, or transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted.

4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Courses or programs that have been accessed, streamed, downloaded, or partially completed.
  • Live classes, webinars, or workshops once scheduled, attended, or missed.
  • Digital products or downloadable resources.
  • Discounted courses, promotional offers, or special pricing plans.
  • Subscription fees once the billing cycle has commenced.
  • Certificates or assessments once issued.

5. Technical Issues & Platform Errors
If a user experiences technical issues such as:

  • Inability to access content due to a platform error
  • Payment successful but access not granted
  • System malfunction attributable to Fennec Learning Private Limited

The user must report the issue within 48 hours of occurrence.
Such cases will be reviewed internally, and refunds or resolutions will be provided on a case-by-case basis after verification.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
In the event of:

  • Duplicate payment for the same service
  • Incorrect amount charged due to technical error

Users are required to notify us with payment proof. Verified cases will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

7. Course Changes or Discontinuities
Fennec Learning Private Limited reserves the right to:

  • Modify course content, instructors, or schedules
  • Suspend or discontinue any course or service

If a course is discontinued before completion, eligible users may receive:

  • Access to an alternative course, or
  • A pro-rated refund, at our sole discretion.

8. User Conduct & Policy Violation
No refunds will be provided if access is terminated due to:

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Misuse of platform resources
  • Unauthorized sharing of content
  • Fraudulent activity or chargebacks

9. How to Request Cancellation or Refund
All requests must be submitted in writing via email with:

  • Registered email address
  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Reason for request
